The conference aims to bring together people who can take an active part in establishing or developing voluntary organisations in the cult heritage field. This means individuals with the potential to initiate activities in the countries where such organisations are less developed, as well as representatives of established organisations that can assist new organisations in a twinning system. The goal is to start processes that will lead to more activity in the cultural field and giving more people experience of democratic principles.
